Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on new, unused items within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — uninstalled and unmounted, in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on:

• Used items
• Items that have been installed or mounted
• Items returned after 15 days of purchase

Exceptions: Returns on used items may be considered if prior arrangements were made at the time of purchase. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about return eligibility.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
